Due to the unique nature of cryptocurrency and digital assets (NFTs), our refund policy is strictly governed by the following terms:

Crypto Volatility Clause
All refunds for goods paid in cryptocurrency will be calculated based on the USD/Fiat value at the time of the original purchase, not the current market value of the coin.

Non-Refundable Network Fees
Blockchain «Gas» or network fees incurred during the original transaction or the refund process are strictly non-refundable.

Digital Goods/NFT Finality
All sales of NFTs and digital content are final. Once a digital asset is transferred to a user’s wallet, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Goods Returns
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or do not match the description.

Refund Currency
We reserve the right to issue refunds in a Stablecoin (e.g., USDT) or the original cryptocurrency used, at our discretion.

Cashback Reversal
If a purchase is refunded, any «Crypto Cashback» earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from the user’s built-in wallet.

Auto-Conversion Fee
Fees associated with the «Quick Checkout» auto-conversion service are non-refundable.

Verification Process
All refund requests require the user to provide the Transaction Hash (TXID) and proof of purchase.

Market Loss
We do not provide refunds or compensation for «losses» incurred due to cryptocurrency market fluctuations after a purchase is made.

Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of a multi-item order is defective, a proportional refund will be issued to the user’s built-in wallet.
