Wallet Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts and built-in wallets. Z Rise is not liable for lost assets due to compromised passwords or phishing.

Market Volatility Warning
Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. By using our platform, you acknowledge the risk that the value of your assets may fluctuate significantly.

Auto-Conversion Service
Our «Quick Checkout» uses third-party or internal liquidity providers. Users agree to the exchange rate provided at the moment of the transaction.

Prohibited Uses
Users shall not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or the purchase of illegal items. Accounts suspected of such activity will be frozen.

NFT Intellectual Property
Purchasing an NFT grants the user ownership of the digital token, but not necessarily the underlying copyright of the artwork, unless explicitly stated.

Cashback Program
Crypto cashback is a discretionary reward and can be modified or terminated by Z Rise at any time without prior notice.

Multi-Currency Payments
We reserve the right to add or remove supported cryptocurrencies from our payment gateway based on network stability.

Fees
Users agree to pay all applicable transaction fees, service fees, and blockchain gas fees as displayed at the time of checkout.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for users found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

Limitation of Liability
Z Rise is not responsible for blockchain network failures, hard forks, or outages that may affect the delivery of digital assets.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Basirpur/Okara district.
